AI-assisted format learning

When Sporet's built-in patterns can't reliably read a supplier's date or invoice number, an AI model can look at one sample invoice and describe that supplier's format -- once, not on every invoice. Off by default, and the only thing in Sporet that ever sends invoice text outside your computer.

Sporet runs quietly in the background with no window to manage, so this button is the actual way to stop it — closing this browser tab on its own leaves it running (which is normally fine, and lets it keep watching for new invoices and doing its nightly backup even when nobody's using it).
